How to switch animal jam usernames

Hey, I finally got AJ to work so I could get in yay! Contrary to what people might believe, I'm still posting on here as well as Animal Jam Frost.

Anyway, I have had a question for a while. How do I change my AJ username? I thought you'd have to start from scratch, trade all your stuff over, cancel your membership, then give new membership to your other username, and the old one will just sit there forever. But! There is a solution that doesn't involve so much effort.

Of course, you could do it my way if you preferred, or you could contact AJHQ at support@animaljam.com, and type this:

Hello Animal Jam! I would like to change my username.

My old username is...
My parents email is...
My four unique choices for a username are...

(Just put your answer in the ... section)

If you have a membership to swap over, then do the above plus the below:

The full name billed under the membership is...
Full billing address... (ask your parents before you do this stuff too)
Last full digits of the credit card used are... (This is only if you pay for the animal jam membership through credit card or visa)

After that, you should get an email back from them with your new username! Hope this helps, and for those of you who already knew hoe to do this, your smarter than me because I had no idea until I emailed them :D

Don't really know why I did it in large, maybe so you could see? I don't know, I will probably remove it from large, but eh.

Grrr... AJ is being annoying and won't let me log in. As soon as I do, this happens.
