The Summer Carnival!
I love the carnival because of the funky items you can get without spending that many gems.
The new items to win are awesome! Especially (in my opinion) the sombrero. I know, probably not what you thought, but they are similar to top hats which are nearly impossible to get these days. they cover your face to make you look mysterious, and come in really cool colours. In my opinion, better than a top hat.
