Leap Year Party 2016 - Possibly the biggest disappointment in AJ history (which is saying something)

Lets just get this over with. We all know by now that the party is terrible. And contrary to the incredibly RARE ITEMS we were promised...

We got this chicken scratch bunch of items.

But that will come later.

First, there is the amazingly weird display of many, many froggies. This is what you are first teleported to.

Then you realise that it is a tree house den and that there are frogs EVERYWHERE. They are quite cute though,

But already I was beginning to feel suspicious. Something wasn't quite right...

A few grandfather clocks and empty threats later...

We see. The store. Just looking at it, you know... You know... Nothing good comes out of it. Nothing good. 4 years of thinking "when that party comes, I'm going to buy 25 of EVERYTHING!!!!" totally wasted.

February 18 2016 Update - Goats

Hey gais. Goats have come to Jamaa everyone, if you haven't already noticed. Here's the Jamaa Journal...

They do pretty much look like we expected, I think. And I didn't even have to guess where they would end up being for sale. Ugh,

This is awesome. This is fantastic. I've never been to a leap year party and I am STOKED. Not even for the items but for everything else, just being there I think will be cool

Polar bear day? That's a thing? Oh well. I guess it's pretty cool. Shouldn't national geographic be donating to the polar bears anyway though? I don't know. Ignore me. 

This is cute, and AJ even had the good grace to make it NM. Yay!

Ok, I have to admit that is pretty cute

They have a goat minibook now. This is probably going to be a thing for all the new diamond shop animals now. I do have to admit though, I do know more about goats now. Who knows? It might come in handy someday.

If you take the quiz at the end of the goat minibook and get all the answers right,

You get a goat trophy! Which I have cropped really weirdly. 

The falcon? Well, I guess I sort of saw that coming. It would have been nice to have a different animal though. I think falcons and eagles are too similar, but hey, they made do with foxes and arctic foxes, right? 

I personally voted for sloths because we have very similar characteristics and sleeping habits

They have also added three Lucky Party Jam A Grams, and a Night Of The Phantoms one..? A glitch I guess.

My least favourite thing about this update. It's quite sad, actually. Not as sad as people starving, but still sad. Pretty much since the game introduced membership, the nametags have been the same. Until now.

They look, well, "bleached", as Meloetta385 calls it. And I agree. It's stupid to change it, in my opinion. They look so dull now :(
