World's Greatest Garage Sale

My family held a garage sale and is holding one tomorrow, and man it is rlly impressive like seriously. There's cool stuff everywhere. We need to get ready to move at the end of the year, so we need to lighten the load.

2015 Highlights IRL

A few of the really funny/embarrassing things that have happened to me this year in chronological order. Alot of reading for your brain powers :D

1. On the last day of term (nearly a week and a half ago) a group of friends and I were kicking a ball around on the oval during HPE. Two of these friends actually knew how to play soccer or "sport" in general. One of them kicked the ball to me, and weirdly using my left leg to try to kick it, I missed, the ball hit my shin and rolled back, I put my left foot down and slipped on the ball, launched into the air and landed straight on my back and nearly died from laughter. 

After school, just after I got my heavy bag from my locker, I tried to stand up on the long seat near it. In front of two guy friends and my best friend, I fell over from the weight of the bag on my right shoulder while getting up on the seat. After I recovered, I tried again and this time lost my footing on the edge of the seat and fell over fully, on top of my bag.

2. On the last day of the term before last, it had rained the night before, and my friends and I made a puddle in the pavement the shape of Australia. Anyway, for a few days in a row, we had been playing piggy in the middle with my handball. While one of my fiends threw the ball high in the air, I was running forward to catch it. Little did I know that I was running straight into the part of the oval that the year 12 boys play football. In my attempt to catch the handball, I practically ran straight into a year 12 guy, nearly toppling him over.

3. I don't know when, but sometime this year, I was really tired and only had two more periods of school left. So, at lunch, I dozed off a bit on the ground where we usually sit, using my friends foot as a sort of pillow. When I got up, my "friend" waited until I had made a lap of the entire school before telling me that I had a big glob of white gum stuck to the back of my shirt, getting in my hair. One of my other friends had to scrape it off with a stick.

4. A week before sports day, my team was holding a practice for our skit that we do as a part of the day. I thought the teacher had said (I really thought he said this) "Come tomorrow in your house colours so we can practice." So, after packing a spare change of school clothes just in case, I went to school with green jeans, a green shirt, green flats and green pigtails. Of course, I eventually had to get changed, but not before my grade saw what had happened. And, of course,being me, I forgot to pack a spare pair of school shoes. That day was also the day of the school assembly.

The Bad Hair Day

So this is a true story

I really didn't want to go to school today, partly because it was cold and windy, partly because the rain kept me up, and partly because we had to have an all school assembly about pointless stuff that always runs into lunchtime.

My fringe had been growing for a while, so I had to get it cut. Instead of the hairdressers, dad wanted to cut it himself, which I was fine with because last time he did a really nice job. 

So, ready for school in my formal uniform, dad and I went outside to cut it. Little did I know that he would evidently cut off half of my fringe. 

I was so upset, no way was I going to school with half my fringe snipped off. It looked awful!!!! So, I absolutely refused to go to school. It was a risky move, as I had never done that before, and I probably would've gotten into a lot of trouble if everyone wasn't hiding the fact that it was pretty bad. So I got undressed into my candy-covered PJ's and chilled.

3 hours in, I realised how fast time was flying. Mum had tried to convince me to go to school saying that I would be"bored out of my mind", but I didn't give in. 

Today has been a pretty cool day, though I will have to go to school tomorrow with this fringe, even though I only have Humanities and Maths as important subjects. My friend always texts me the homework anyway because I forget to write it down or I don't understand it. But, I suppose I'll have to worry about that tomorrow :I

The moral of the story?

Shave off all your hair, so you don't have to worry about your fringe.

Jk, jk. Just trust the hairdressers, kids.  

A brief summary of my week so far cause I didn't post :P

Monday:

So you know that Sunday every so often when you can't believe mentally that it's Monday the next day? That was what happened. My friend actually forgot it was Monday and wore the wrong uniform. Today, I had to start the ICT assignment for Scratch and I spent the whole lesson trying to figure out what to do. It was only when I got home that I decided to do a virtual pet creator type thing. I had to email my English teacher my draft for an assignment; a persuasive speech about the movie Avatar and the techniques it and all Speculative Fiction films use to persuade an audience.

Tuesday:

So today my friend thought it was MONDAY and wore the wrong uniform AGAIN so that was funny. Mr G reminded us that we have a science test on Thursday and we spent the lesson reviewing safety with electricity and I concluded that I will fail this test. My really smart friend even said it was hard so ahahaha, hahaha, aha hah (prepare my grave plz thx).

Wednesday:

Today my other friend and I played with a balloon found in the staff room in the library. We were originally in there to play Monopoly (a continuous game that my smart friend, the one that forgot the days of the week, and I, have played for 2 weeks now), but my smart friend wanted to play UNO because Monopoly was getting boring. UNO wasn't there. Then I spotted the orange half-deflated balloon there and my awesome ICT teacher said we could use it. We went to the other end of the library half-hidden from the librarian's sight and played with the balloon, pretending the ground was lava. Meanwhile, my smart friend and the ditzy one were trying to put together a 1000 piece puzzle.

They ended up giving us death stares nearly the whole time because we were having so much fun climbing on desks and dodging heaters and they were bored OUT OF THEIR MIIIIINDS. Hehehehehehehehehe suckers

It's the old top hat btw bc blogger is being a BUTT and won't load the gif bc logic :l

BUT HAVE YOU GUYS HAD A CHANCE TO EXPIRIENCE WINDOWS 10???!!!

It's really good :) A lot of people don't like it at first, but no one really like Windows 8.1 at first because it was something different (and honestly I don't know what their problem was with one click you could switch back to desktop :l). Windows 10 is really different, but edge (replacing internet explorer) is faster, looks better and is more organised. The icons are neatly displayed at the bottom of the screen like it used to be, only the icons will be a bit smaller because of the new "Search the web and Windows" bar. This bar lets you search for anything on your computer or on the web.

Another cool feature is the lock screen, which looks AWESOOOOOOMMMME

In conclusion, people should get over themselves for being like "WINDOWS 10 SUUUUUUUCKS" cause frankly so do they lol

So now the REAL question is what to label this post...

AJ's Worst Item Ideas

Over the years, there have been some pretty bizarre items that AJ thought was a good idea, but I have never seen people either wear them or decorate their den with them. I'll keep it simple by only using the items you can get today (cause I don't like stealing images from Google)

 

 

So pretty much the entire safari range was a bad idea. Not only do they look really bad, but also the fact that the only thing that is non members is the binoculars is really lame. I mean, you put them on, and they are tiny! Seriously, really small. The rope sandals just make you look like a hobo to be honest.

 

Whenever someone says "Cupid", you think of the chubby baby thing with wings and a diaper that shoots at people. Is that really the image you want to create by wearing this? And we all know how annoyingly creepy they were in Night At The Museum ll

 

 

This one was a seriously bad call. I have never seen anyone have this in their den, and a sewer cover is what you put in the middle of the road, and underneath is where the cities sewage goes. Sewers are really smelly and is not the kind of thing you want in a nice den. Putting "AJ" on it isn't going to make it any more appealing, either.

 

 

Perhaps you would have more success with this one if it was available for non members too. I don't understand. Only members are allowed to have a National Geographic banner in their dens? Why? The fact that they make it really cheap doesn't help either. It would help if it was non member, but members don't buy this kind of thing, ya know?

 

So that's all for the AJ post today, and I am going to do an Inside Out review either today or tomorrow, cause I saw it yesterday.

 

Also, please anyone who knows the answer to why the heck heart rings are so rare now please tell me because I am perplexed honestly.

Here is a story about todays new item the Horseshoe set

 

I was at the yearly show with my brother, and one year they had a Horseshoe set up. The pin thing is really firmly put into the ground. Well, no one was at it, and I barely saw the pin in the ground as I was running to the cotton candy stand.

 

Heheh, well, I ended up tripping on it and face planting and limped over to the stand with mud on my face and said "I need candyyyyyy"

 

Yeah...

 

 

I leave you with a glitch that is weird and I like it :)
