This is a pretty cool item. It looks good on just about everyone, doesn't glitch (as far as I know of), and kinda looks like you have a scoop of vanilla ice cream under the icicle. Very nice :)

Jamaaliday Gift #5 - The Phantom Cookie
When it was first released, this gift was super creepy. Idk if it still has the same glitches a it did but let me show you what it was like receiving this gift.
Imagine being given the creepiest gift imaginable without a nametag so you're starting to wonder whether fman hacked into AJ again
And then you wear it
But you don't wear it
And then as you're taking it off you notice that it's name glitches in your inventory BECAUSE IT DOESN'T HAVE ONE
